Wonderful wire & cable berhad (wwc) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 28 march 1988 pursuant to the company act,1965 and started its commercial production in late 1989. On 7 february 1995, the company's status was converted to a public limited company. Wwc's principal activities consist of the manufacturing and trading of all kinds of electrical wires and cables for the household electrical appliances, electronic products, automobiles, industrial controls and instrumentations, the construction industries, electricity utilities and the telecommunications industries. Over the years wwc has achieved a strong foothold in the wire and cable industry, establishing a reputation of being a reliable and quality manufacturer and has gained the following recognitions: - sirim qas (malaysia), vde (germany), ul (usa), csa (canada), f-mark (japan), dentori (t-mark) (japan) and pse mark (japan).
